  BED BUGS!!!! My children and I were bitten by bed bugs. When we checked out I spoke to both owners who were very dismissive. They even said 'we had a doctor stay for two weeks last week and he didn't say anything'. I don't think bed bugs care about profession, but I caught a bug and showed the owners who shrugged and said we've never had a problem before you. The hotel was so grubby, on the surface it was tidy but grime coated walls and floors and filth behind the toilet. I think the bugs came from the old, grubby sofa or the quilt covers which smelt like they hadn't been washed in a very long time.

  Well I didn't even get stay in the place because I ended up in hospital with my daughter I rang a couple of hours after 6 on the the night I was 2 arrive to unbook the room, I turned up Saturday morning because they had taken and charged 2 nights at $145 now when I rang to book it I spoke 2 Elizabeth who gave me the understanding I only had 2 pay 1 night 2 secure the room, I then gave her the understanding I would pay the outstanding amount on my arrival? I take full responsibility 4 the actions of my passenger that turned up with me on Saturday and was verbally , but wouldn't u b if the well known westshore holiday park napier removed money out of my acc without my authority....and if that ain't bad enough I turned up calm willing 2 forfeit a night as I am single working mother of 2 and they had taken everything I had, come 4rm Taupo to meet two lady's with no compassion only excuses
  1. Didn't hear 4rm me Friday so that gives them right to take all that's owing without authority.
  2.sum randoms over heard me talking about westshore at the hospital n the room was payed 4.
