  "Exchange" really isn't what she means. I bought the book from this store and brought it back 3 days later in the exact condition after completing it. I asked her about her 'exchange' policy which she then proceeded to pick the book up and replied with 'I would put that in the bin'. I had a book which I was going to pay the difference with after the 'exchange' but after this experience, I'm sure another bookstore owner would be a lot more appreciative and perhaps less rude!
