  Great service. These guys are so helpful and went of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I had purchased a Record Player that can record onto the iPad. I required a connection that they didn't sell but they advised me where to purchase. I became concerned when told by the other store that the connection I required wouldn't work. (Not possible to record straight onto an iPad) I spoke with the guys at RockShop regarding my concerns and they suggested I bring everything in and they would set it up for me, which they did.
