  A group of 5 of us popped in for breakfast Easter Friday. They forgot one of our meals when we ordered so had to go up and pay for the missed one at the end. That fine, however charging us another surcharge is not fine when we had already paid a surcharge when we first ordered. The mistake was the cafes not ours and yet we got charged two surcharges! Not impressed.
