  Tour Operator Don Bird provided a wonderfully personal and interesting experience. Of the many fine wineries in the Hawkes Bay area, he selected the best of the best and then deftly guided the specific wines offered at each cellar to suit our preferences and interest. Don also provided a wealth of information about the history and development of the Hawkes Bay region. He is a friendly and engaging guide and provided such an enjoyable experience that we plan to repeat it when we return.
